IV、Shield system design and installation scheme
The shielding shell is a hexahedral structure formed by continuous splicing of the shielding module. The shielding shell is not only the basis to ensure the shielding performance of the shielding room, but also the carrier of various decorative materials and most of the auxiliary systems, and is the most basic component of the shielding room hall.
1、Shielding lobby underside material
Because the underside of the shielded hall bears a certain load for a long time (such as the handling of equipment, product access, etc.) in order to reduce the undue vibration and deformation of the floor shielding, the shielding hall adopts the scheme of digging the bottom surface.It is fully welded with PP board of 10mm insulation, laid with 1.2mm steel plate and poured with concrete to ensure the bearing capacity of the ground.
Main steps of ground construction:
(1)Foundation excavation (to be completed by the owner),Excavation dimension :20.6m*10.6m;
(2)Independent ground wire making:The ground wire is driven into the ground using 25mm diameter copper-clad steel,The depth of each pile is not less than 6m,total depth to ensure that the grounding resistance is not greater than 0.5Ω(completed by owner),The ground pile passes through the insulated floor through the PVC pipe. Concrete should not be poured in the PVC pipe. The PVC pipe is connected to the ground box through the bottom plate of the shielding chamber, and the grounding box is connected to the steel plate on the bottom surface of the shielding chamber;
(3)Tamp down the bottom and smooth it with sand and gravel. Level it with concrete(completed by owner)
(4)The insulated floor (PP sheet material) is placed on the screed surface and welded, and the insulated floor is constructed according to the drawings;

(7)After the construction of the ground shield layer is completed, the steel mesh is made. It is recommended to use two layers of 10 mm mesh in the form of 200×200×200 mm (length × width × spacing), and the reinforcement mesh is connected with the shield through the vertical grounding steel pipe,(completed by owner);
(8)Concrete backfill, after pouring the shielding chamber floor should be equal to the workshop floor height(completed by owner);
(9)After the construction of the shielded hall is completed, the epoxy floor is finally made on the indoor ground(completed by owner)
2、Shielding hall wall and top material
The wall and top surface of the shielding room are supported by the frame keel, and all the frame keel are fixed on the building ground through the insulating sleeve members.
The top plate of the shielding chamber and the shielding module of the wall panel are made of galvanized steel plate with a thickness of 2mm, which are fixed with galvanized bolts, bolts and gaskets during assembly, and assembled with a pressure conductive liner in the middle. The shielding module of the side wall is supported by the keel, and several strengthening beams are arranged above the top
The clamping width between the plate and the plate is about 50mm, and the conductive lining is sandwiched between the plate and the plate. The joints between the shielding modules are sealed with conductive lining crimped by fastener side pressure to ensure the reliable electrical connection of the entire shielding plate
3、Shielded hall door design

The shielding hall door is the most important part that affects the shielding effect of the entire shielding hall, and it is to maintain the shielding system.
The weakest part of the overall performance is free from degradation, and it is also the only movable part of the system, so it is particularly important to maintain the stability of the screen performance of the screen door.The structure of the door is a single threshold no threshold translation electric airtight type, the bottom threshold is pre-buried in advance during ground construction, the electric airtight shielded sliding door adopts the upper bearing horizontal translation form (upper transmission), the ground at the threshold should ensure the shielding effect and facilitate the passage of vehicles. The door panel is made of cold-rolled steel plate and channel steel frame welding. One side of the screen door is made of the same shielding plate as the inside of the hall, and the other side is decorated with integrated wall panel.

A control button box is set at an appropriate position on the shielding wall of the hall to control the opening, closing or emergency stop of the door.

(1)The structure adopts hinge rotation, slotted knife type manual screen door, double-point locking mechanism, double-layer electromagnetic sealing reed, which is made of beryllium bronze material and obtained good elasticity and wear resistance after vacuum heat treatment. The shielding reed is removable and the length of each section is less than 198mm. If there is damage, it is easy to replace without professional maintenance.
(2)The knife edge of the insert type screen door is made of copper plate.
(3)Because the reed and its contact part (the knife edge of the screen door) are of the same material, the potential difference is consistent, so there will be no electrical corrosion at the contact point of each other, ensuring long-term shielding effectiveness.
(4)The locking device is arranged on the upper part of the door frame, and the double-point oblique wedge locking mechanism is arranged on the left side of the door frame. The operation of the oblique wedge mount adopts a roller chute structure.
(5) The locking operation device is installed in the middle of the door plate, and the gear wheel mechanism greatly reduces the force of opening the shield door. The double-point oblique wedge locking mechanism is installed on the left side of the door frame. The operation of the oblique wedge mount adopts the bearing chute structure, which runs smoothly and lightly.
(6)The locking screen door is designed to open in linkage and can be operated both indoors and outdoors.
Cut-off waveguide window and ventilation system
The shielding chamber is equipped with six 600*600mm ventilation cut-off waveguide Windows for ventilation shielding treatment. The honeycomb type ventilation waveguide window consists of a waveguide bundle composed of many small waveguides, and the cross-section shape of the small waveguide is honeycomb. In addition, two ventilation fans are configured to accelerate air circulation; The waveguide window is installed at the top of the shielding chamber.
Shielding the power supply and lighting system in the hall
Electrical design and construction principles:

According to the size of the power load of each equipment, choose the power cable with the right diameter and the power filter with different capacity; The power filter with low leakage current is selected, and the insertion attenuation is consistent with the comprehensive efficiency of the whole shielding hall. The indoor power supply is routed through pipes and power sockets are configured according to the required positions.
All power supplies and signals (including TV signal lines, network cables, video signal lines, audio signal lines, telephone lines, control lines) must pass through the filter device (filter or optical terminal machine, etc.) in and out of the shield layer, including the power supply and control signals of the screen shield door. The filter is installed on the outer wall and the shielding tube structure through the wall.
