Preparation stage: Cut off the power supply and ground discharge, remove the external leads of the windings, and clean the insulating surfaces of the test areas.
Test connection: Connect the test lines according to the equipment manual, and confirm that the wiring at the signal injection end and the collection end is correct.
Signal collection: Test the response curves of the high-voltage winding, medium-voltage winding, and low-voltage winding in sequence, and record the environmental temperature and humidity.
Data comparison: Compare the test data with the factory data, historical data, and data of the same type of transformers in multiple dimensions.
Report generation: Based on the standards, provide an assessment of the deformation degree (normal/ slight deformation/ severe deformation), and propose handling suggestions.
Computer operation: All operations except the wiring of the instrument are done on the computer. After checking that the wiring is correct, start the computer power switch. After the normal operationof the computer, restart the main control unit, and the power indicator lamp should be displayed normally. If we only analyze the measured data, no need to connect and start the main control measurement unit, and only start the computer. After the computer starts, we double-click the host computer icon to enter the host computer software.
