Proper handling and filling of SF6 gas are essential to ensure the reliable operation and longevity of GIS stations. 3. oil level check
Recovery unit in the compressor adopts N46 (# 25 ) refrigeration oil as a lubricant, vacuum pump with high vacuum pump oil as a lubricant, and should first check the oil levelbefore starting. If the oil level is too low or too high, it should be adjusted to the oil standard lens center position. It should also pay attention to the operation of the regular check of the actual oillevel line, which should not be below the center line too much. N46 , frozen oil , and could , inprinciple , one year , due to change the engine oil .
4. Refrigeration system check
Refrigeration system using R22 as refrigerant, compressor is a fully enclosed pistoncompressor, when needed, add refrigerant. Still should check whether there is anydamage on the line, before starting the loose joint ever, fan is normal, and so on.
5. power connection
This device is for a three-phase ac power supply (five-core system, need to pick upthe zero line ) 50 hz, 380 v + 10 %, with a total 9 kw or less power. Devices of the electrical control components within all are focused on the electriccabinet. Due to the button, switch, and lamp being installed on the electric cabinet door, under normal working state, it does not need to open the electric cabinet; only the power cable plug on the side of the recycling equipment storage container withproper power supply connection.
