How to replace insulation oil and oil leakage treatment of oil-immersed test transformer
Replace the insulation oil of the oil-immersed test transformer and deal with the oil leakage as follows:
1. To prevent oil leakage, ensure that the tank is filled with transformer oil during assembly, the oil resistant rubber element is pressurized by fasteners to achieve sealing.Maintenance and maintenance should pay special attention to whether the seal is tight, because the tight seal is the main reason for the leakage of transformer oil.
2. If the transformer is found to have leakage of oil, it is first necessary to clean up the oil at the leakage site, and sand around the leakage site to expose the metal primary color.
3. The cleaned surface should be kept clean, dry, firm and rough.
4. Use a special material, such as SD2240 or SD7111C, to seal small areas of leakage until there is no leakage.
5. If there is leakage in other parts of the transformer, the valve can be used as drainage.Mix the corresponding material to seal other parts, and then wait for the material to cure.
6. When replacing the insulating oil, it is first necessary to vent the gas that may be stored in the tank through the vent plug, to ensure the safety and normal operation of the equipment.
After completing the above steps, the transformer should be fully inspected to ensure that there is no leakage and to assess its working condition.
