JS-V Capacitance And Dissipation Factor Tester is a high-precision instrument that can be applied to automatically measure electrical loss tangent () and capacitance of all kinds of high voltage electrical equipment on the spot of power plants, substations, laboratories, etc. The instrument is an integrated structure comprising a dielectric loss test bridge, a variable frequency power supply, a step-up transformer, and an SF6 high-stability standard capacitor. A high-voltage source inverter test was generated inside the instrument, with the transformer voltage for the sample test. If the frequency is 50Hz, 47.5Hz/52.5Hz, 45Hz/55Hz, 60Hz, 57.5Hz/62.5Hz, or 55Hz/65Hz, the digital notch filter is used to avoid the interference of the power frequency electric field on the test, which solves the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. At the same time, the utility model is suitable for occasions when the generator is used for power supply after a power cut. The instrument with an insulation cup can test the dielectric loss of insulating oil.

1. Large LCD display

2. Mass storage data

3. Multiple test modes
The instrument can use high pressure, high voltage, standard, positive connection method, reverse connection method, self- excitation method, and other methods for testing; high-voltage in standard high-voltage conditions (greater than 10kV) dielectric loss.
4. CVT test step in place
The instrument can also test the fully sealed CVT (capacitor voltage transformer) C1, C2 dielectric loss and capacitance, to achieve the C1, C2 simultaneous test. The instrument can also test the CVT ratio and voltage angle difference.

The instrument can accurately measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of CVT without dismantling the CVT's high-voltage lead.
