BC2030 15KV Insulation Resistance Tester
It is mainly used to check the insulation resistance performance of electrical equipment or electrical lines to the ground and between phases to ensure the normal operation of these equipment. Because the output short-circuit current is greater than 1.6mA, it is easy to make the test voltage rise quickly to the rated value of the output voltage. For the measurement of low resistance value, the voltage drop does not affect the test accuracy because of the proportional design.
When testing the insulation resistance of large-capacity power equipment, the insulation resistance value is related to the time of pressure, the longer the pressure time, the higher the insulation resistance value, which is called the insulation absorption phenomenon. To understand the insulation performance of the tested product, it is necessary to first do the absorption ratio and polarization index test for the next step of leakage, dielectric loss, partial discharge, etc., insulation performance test to provide security.
