5. After checking and testing to confirm that there is no abnormality in the tester, start the test sample, leakage and DC withstand voltage test;
6. For large capacitance testing, it is necessary to monitor that the charging current of the ammeter does not exceed the large charging current of the tester;
7. It is suitable for small capacitor samples, such as zinc oxide surge arresters, magnetic lightning arresters, etc.;
8. Increase the voltage to 95% of the required value, and then slowly increase it to the required voltage (current). Then read the current value of the voltage from the digital display.
9. Press color button, the voltage will be reduced to 75%, and keep this state. At this time, the current measurement value can be read.
