The DGA analyzer is used to determine the component content of dissolved gases in transformer oil by chromatography. It is an effective means for power generation and supply enterprises to judge whether there are latent faults such as overheating and discharge in the oil-filled power equipment in operation, to ensure the safe and effective operation of the power grid. It is also a necessary means for oil-filled electrical equipment manufacturers to conduct factory inspections on their equipment. It can analysis 9 kinds of gas(H2, O2, N2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, CO, CO2)from transformer oil.
Meanwhile, the oil moisture tester will accurately measure the moisture content in the transformer oil. It is designed based on IEC standard and high-performance to test the oil moisture. Excessive moisture can significantly decrease the dielectric strength of the oil, leading to insulation breakdowns and reduced operational efficiency. By regularly testing the moisture levels, the plant can maintain the oil in optimal condition and extend the lifespan of the equipment.
The oil BDV tester is used to measure the breakdown voltage of the transformer oil. This parameter is a key indicator of the oil's ability to withstand electrical stress and prevent arcing and short circuits. The method is adopted single-chip microcomputer as the main tool, setting first and then starting up for testing. The entire process is automatically operated and controlled by the microcomputer, which is simple to operate, convenient and applicable.
