On the afternoon of December 21, we received a call from a customer in Shiyan, asking if we could help test the contact pressure of the switch cabinet. A 10kV switch room is overhauled by a limited power outage, which needs to be put into operation before 0 o'clock. The answer is yes, our company has always followed the principle of "customer demand is our pursuit". The instruction was issued to the engineering service department, and the colleagues of the engineering service department prepared two sets of HYGC-1000N switch contact pressure testers and related accessories required for the test in 15 minutes and set off immediately. Colleagues from the engineering service department drove for five hours to the customer site in Shiyan, and after everyone's efforts, they finally completed the test before 0 o'clock and found two vacuum circuit breakers that did not meet the requirements of the technical specifications, which greatly eliminated the customer's concerns and provided great help for ensuring the safe operation of electric power. It was already early in the morning after sorting out the data and leaving the scene, although the road was relatively urgent and hard, the moment when our Huayi electric power engineering people were meticulous and wholeheartedly serving customers was praised by the customer, all the efforts were worth it after all!
