1. The operator should place insulating rubber pads under his feet and wear insulating gloves to prevent life-threatening hazards caused by high-voltage electric shocks;
2. The instrument must be reliably grounded;
3. When connecting the object under test, it must be ensured that the high voltage output is "0" and in the "reset" state;
4. During the test, the ground terminal of the instrument and the object under test must be reliably connected, and open circuits are strictly prohibited;
5. Do not short-circuit the output ground wire and the AC power line, so as to avoid high voltage on the shell and cause danger;
6. Avoid short-circuiting between the high-voltage output terminal and the ground wire as much as possible to prevent accidents;
7. Once the test lamp and ultra-leakage lamp are damaged, they must be replaced immediately to prevent misjudgment;
8. When troubleshooting, the power supply must be cut off;
9. When the instrument adjusts the high voltage with no load, the leakage current indicates that there is an initial current on the meter head, which is normal and does not affect the test accuracy.
10. Avoid direct sunlight on the instrument, and do not use or store it in a high temperature, humid and dusty environment.
