At the end of May, Huayi received an invitation from Hangzhou CRRC Vehicle Co., Ltd., we planed to provide a series of equipments for Hangzhou Metro No. 1 and to arrange after-sales training services. Hangzhou CRRC Vehicle Co., Ltd. has long-term cooperation with HUAYI. The instruments they purchased include XZB-1080kVA/54kV*10 AC withstand voltage test device , BBC-V transformer ratio tester, HLY-200C high-precision loop resistance tester, FA-102CT variable ratio volt-ampere characteristic tester, JYX-HI insulated boots (gloves) withstand voltage test device (5kVA/50kV, automatic), insulated boots (gloves) withstand voltage test device insulation rod measuring support, DNC-3C multi-function electric energy meter calibrator. On that day, after contacted with engineer Tang, we confirmed that the training date was from June 3rd to June 8th, and we trained all the equipment for different personnel.
On June 3, colleagues form HUAYI arrived in Hangzhou. With the arrangement of engineer Li, our colleagues explained the XZB-1080kVA/54kV*10 AC withstand voltage testing device.
Operating Principle
The withstand voltage tester consists of a high-voltage boost circuit (can adjust the test voltage base on output), a leakage current detection circuit (can set alarm current), and an indication indicator (direct readout of output voltage and leakage current value < or breakdown alarm current >) , see Figure 1. In the test, when the measured object reached required time under required testing voltage, the instrument automatically cuts off the output voltage; once the breakdown occurs, the leakage current exceeds the set alarm current, and an audible and visual alarm can be heard.
Operating Steps
Make sure that the instrument output voltage is “0” and the test lamp is “off”, and then insert one end of the high voltage test line (red) into“AC high voltage” output end of the instrument, and anther end is connected to the power input end of the object or other live parts.. Then insert one end of anther testing ground wire (black) into the grounding end of the instrument and lock it, connect anther end to the shell (metal) of the testing object or to the ground end of the power input end (if the object is connected with earth or ground wire, the ground terminal of instrument must be connected with it).
Press “Start” button, “test” indicator light starts, voltage indicates the current testing voltage value, and the leakage current indicates the current leakage current value of tested object, if the measured object is qualified, when the test time is up, there is no sound light alarm, at the same time, the instrument automatically cuts off output voltage; if the tested object is unqualified in test time, "alarm" lights, the buzzer issues an alarm, the instrument automatically cuts off the output voltage, press the "Reset" button, alarm can be canceled.
The withstand voltage test is performed with the remote control terminal (the "Start" and "Reset" buttons on the panel are disabled), and the "Timer" button is placed in the "Off" position.
After explaining the XZB-1080kVA/54kV*10 AC withstand voltage testing device, our colleagues introduced BBC-V transformer ratio measuring instrument, HLY-200C high-precision loop resistance tester, FA-102CT ratio polarity volt-ampere characteristics tester, JYX-HI insulating boots (gloves) withstand voltage testing device (5kVA/50kV, automatic), insulating boots (gloves) withstand test device insulation rod measuring bracket and DNC-3C multi-function electric energy meter calibrator. Operate and demonstrate from the customer's point of view, let the customers operate by themselves, and then our colleagues gave some guidance, until customers understand the use of the instrument and warnings.
On 8th, colleagues from HUAYI continued to introduce our instruments. During the training process, customers accepted our instruments due to the simple operation and friendly interface. They are satisfied with of our after-sales service and spoke highly of HUAYI.
