Tested application and requirement

Applied for 750KV and under 750KV GIS AC withstand voltage test, test frequency 30-300Hz,test voltage not more than 1000kV, test time 1min.

Capacity determination

Test system total capacity is 5000kVA/1000kV, design 4 reactors, and 1250kVA/250kV/5A/140H for single reactor.

Verification: Using four reactors in series (coefficient 1.2), then L=140*4*1.2=672H

Variable frequency power supply is placed vertically and horizontally, especially suitable for field operation and observation.

Display resonant voltage (the target voltage set before the test), Test frequency, measurement frequency, low-voltage voltage, low-voltage current, withstand voltage time, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, step boosting and timing, operation mode switching, Capacitance, inductance, frequency interchange calculation, parameter query, can also display frequency curve, voltage curve and so on to directly judge the resonance frequency accuracy and stability of the test.

parameter setting:Large screen touch LCD color screen and external mouse directly complete the setting of various parameters, can set start frequency, stop frequency, start voltage, phase boost and timing, measurement of voltage divider variation ratio, excitation variation ratio, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, test mode, capacitance and inductance frequency interchange calculation, parameter setting tips and help, etc.

Test mode:Touch screen and external mouse operation,there are three running states: automatic, semi-automatic and manual. Have the features of boosting, tuning (including manual and automatic), segmenting pressurization and timing, running state, mode switching, fault warning, frequency interchange calculation of capacitance and inductance, etc.

Protection function and information prompt: with high pressure overvoltage protection, low pressure overcurrent protection, overcurrent protection, and detuning protection, zero, flashover protection, emergency shutdown, under voltage protection and other multiple protection functions

test result:After the manual or automatic test, the detailed parameters of the test can be displayed in the test result interface. When the test is interrupted, the interrupt status can be prompted. The parameters can be saved in a memory, which is a non-volatile memory and can hold 50 test records.;

Data review:The saved test result data can be displayed on the screen. It also has a USB interface, which can print the data output or use the printer carried by the device(The printer is the customer's own choice. If the customer has this requirement, it shall be specified in the contract)

Automatic voltage stabilizing function: The system automatically tracks and maintains the stable test voltage according to the set test voltage or the result of manual boost,Voltage stability can be reached to 1.0%;

The frequency range and frequency resolution can be set:The frequency modulation range can be set as 20 ~300Hz, 45 ~100Hz,200-300Hz, according to the need to set,can speed up the tuning process;Frequency resolution can set as required such as 0.1Hz,0.2Hz,0.5Hz, or1.0Hz, optimize the balance between tuning efficiency and tuning accuracy;

Frequency regulation is divided into rough and fine tuning,test resonance point can be found automatically,ensure that the resonant frequency does not drift during the whole test process;

After-sales service

After received, according to the terms of contract about related commissioning of equipment, if necessary, the supplier shall be responsible for the on-site technical support services of relevant technicians of the equipment. Guide and assist the buyer to complete the first site acceptance test of the equipment and the technical training of relevant operation personnel of the buyer. After the acceptance, the buyer shall fill in the equipment acceptance/maintenance report (see the attached table) provided by the supplier as evidence of the completion of the acceptance.

The supplier shall carry out warranty for the set of equipment, and the warranty period shall be one year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, the supplier shall be responsible for the free inspection and replacement of parts and components of the product (the main part of the equipment, excluding consumable accessories such as wiring)

If the warranty period exceeds one year, the product supplier will provide lifetime maintenance. If the warranty period is longer than one year, the supplier will pay the normal maintenance fee (maintenance hour fee, material fee, and additional fee).

Implement all-weather technical response service, provide technical solution within 8 hours after receiving the phone or fax about the problems in the use of this set of products.

If the equipment is damaged or unusable due to improper operation or force majeure, it is not covered by this warranty.
