6.1.2 Features

1)Variable frequency power supply has the ability to resist electric field interference. Under strong electric field interference, the measurement accuracy and control protection meet the requirements. Have good magnetic shielding, components, leads are made of high magnetic shielding material, no space radiation

Input voltage protection, over voltage protection, short circuit (over current) protection, breakdown flashover protection, zero protection, power curve protection, power down protection, over temperature protection, cooling fan linkage protection, output voltage limit function protection

3)Frequency conversion power supply adopts high fidelity linear power amplification principle, there is no high order harmonics caused by IGBT switching circuit, ensure full sine wave output and very low electronic interference signal, Ensure very low PD(≤10pC)

4)Variable frequency power supply is equipped with special leads and plugs to connect with other equipment and special grounding wire group.

Completely isolated mode

Fiber optic connection is adopted between variable frequency power supply cabinet and variable frequency power supply control box and HV voltage divider, so complete isolation of control unit and high voltage unit is realized!A variety of electromagnetic compatibility shielding measures and multiple protection are adopted inside the control box,At the flashover of the test product or the moment of equipment discharge, it can ensure that the control box itself is not damaged due to discharge, and guarantee the personal safety of the operator reliably.

Intelligent control box

Integrated frequency conversion power supply control and high voltage measurement. Convenient for on-site monitoring. Specific operation and control functions are as follows::

With start, stop and emergency switch button;

With booster and buck rough and fine adjustment functions, adjustment rate can be set;

with frequency coarse, fine adjustment function, adjustment rate can be set;

Equip with automatic selection function of radiator direction;

automatic and manual test selection (automatic tuning, automatic boost and buck, etc).

With automatic, manual test mode (can set the test voltage, test time, automatic tuning, automatic voltage boost and buck
