Product Introduction
ZGS DC Hipot generator tester adopts a high-frequency voltage doubler circuit, advanced PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology, and closed-loop adjustment, which greatly improves voltage stability. Use high-power IGBT devices and drive technology and special screen leakage, isolation, and grounding measurements according to the theory of electromagnetic inclusiveness. The DC high-voltage generator is high-quality, convenient, and portable, and can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage. It has reliable overvoltage, overcurrent and zero closing protection functions, and a 0.75 times voltage switching function. Equipped with zero position closing protection functions, with a 0.75 times voltage latch function, and with a timing relay, which can set a timing sound alarm during the test.
It is mainly suitable for DC withstand voltage test or DC leakage current test for zinc oxide arresters, power cables, transformers, circuit breakers, generators, and other high-voltage electrical equipment in power departments, industrial and mining, metallurgy, steel, and other enterprise power departments.

Product Feature And Application
ZGS DC Hipot generator tester features:
1. High precision and accurate measurement. The voltmeter on the control cabinet displays the voltage applied to load-tested equipment. No need to add a voltage divider, easy to connect. Equipped with high and low voltage ends to measure leakage current. High voltage end adopts round shield digital indication displaying, not worrying discharge shock. It has an excellent anti-jam function, which is suitable for field operation.
2. With stable voltage regulation, the regulation is smooth at the whole range. The output voltage regulation adopts an imported single multiturn potentiometer. Stable boost process and highly accurate adjustment.
3. With negative polarity output, zero start, continuous adjustment, over-voltage, over-current, zero position, grounding protection, and special break-line protection functions. It can protect circuits with automatic, perfect, and reliable protection to make safe operation.
4. Adopt advanced technology, medium frequency circuit, and latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and high power IGBT, which makes more stable high voltage output and smaller ripple factor.
5. With 0.75 times voltage conversion, convenient to test the Zinc Oxide arrester.
6. Over-voltage setting uses a digital dial switch, displaying data directly and visually (unit KV).
7. The sampling adopts a special nanosecond sensor and nanosecond optical isolation element, which can quickly and completely shut off the DC main circuit to protect the instrument from damage.
8. The cylinder adopts a new material, light and stable. With 3 support feet at the bottom, increase the stability. The outer surface of the cylinder is coated with special insulation materials, good electrical performance, strong moisture capacity, and no leakage.
9. Aluminum alloy case with small volume, light weight, good appearance, more stable, convenient to use on-site.
