 DC resistance of the transformer is a necessary test item of semi-finished products, finished product factory test, installation, overhaul, after changing the tap-changer, handover test, and preventive test of the power department in transformer manufacturing. 

To meet the need for rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed a new type of DC resistance tester. The whole machine is controlled by a high-speed single-chip microcomputer, with a high degree of automation, automatic discharge, and discharge alarm function. The instrument has the advantages of high measuring precision and simple operation, and can realize the rapid measurement of transformer direct resistance.

ZZC-50A Transformer DC Resistance Tester parameters

1. The maximum output current of the test power supply is 50A, and the test range is 0 to 25kΩ. This meets the testing requirements for the majority of transformers.
2. During the testing process, the system can automatically calculate the rate of resistance value change within 5 seconds, 15 seconds, and 30 seconds. This feature helps the test personnel assess the stability of the test data and prevents incorrect interpretation of the data.
3. The instrument is equipped with various protection functions, such as 380V misconnection protection, reverse electromotive force protection, open circuit protection, power failure protection, as well as an alarm function for unconnected grounding wires.
4. The instrument is equipped with a thermal printer. It can store 200 pieces of data and supports large-capacity storage via a USB flash drive.
5. Industrial-grade 7-inch true-colour large-screen display, with a clean and simple display style. Fully touch-controlled and equipped with one-click flywheel operation, creating a comfortable and convenient human-computer interaction experience for you.
