ZZS-20A 3-phase Transformer Winding Resistance Tester

The DC resistance of transformers must be tested for their delivery, installation, and handover, regardless of whether they're semi-finished or finished transformers. It's also indispensable in preventive tests for the power sector. In this way, manufacturing defects such as coil material, welding, loose connections, lack of strands, and disconnections can be detected, and hidden dangers after it's put into use can be predicted. This DC resistance tester is developed by taking full use of our technical advantages in order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance. Integrating functions of the saturable magnetic circuit method, three-phase tests (Yn, Y △), and the degaussing function, this new generation quick-testing device is ideal for measuring the DC resistance of large transformers. Boasting a large true color high-resolution LCD screen, dual operation of touch control and jog dial, as well as all Chinese menu prompts, it's simple and intuitive to use on-site. It's fast to test with high accuracy and a wide measurement range. Once all test wires are connected, all DC resistance test items can be done without readjusting wires.

1. Yn-type, Y-type, and △-type windings can be tested in the same way as the three phases, and their unbalanced rate can be calculated.
2. Numerous on-site and off-site test demands of almost all transformers can be met with a power supply of maximum output current being 20A, measurement ranges up to 25kΩ, and the integration of the saturable magnetic circuit method and the degaussing function.
3. It can assist people in judging test data stability and preventing data misreading as the resistance change rate within 5s, 15s, and 30s can be automatically calculated during tests.
4. Numerous protections against misconnection to 380V power, back electromotive force, disconnection, power failure, and bad grounding.
