This equipment adopts a new processor and circuit, with excellent low-power consumption. Use measuring electrode signal as the criterion for the end of electrolysis. The accuracy is the critical factor of effect on measurement accuracy. Due use of advanced components and methods, makes it possible to accurately measure electrode signals and further understand the characteristics of electrolytes. Accurately measure the micro water in liquid, solid, and gas, applied to electric power, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Assess for power consumption and battery power supply time (portable instrument with storage battery, optional)
The test condition of max power consumption: the internal battery is charged with Max charging current, and measured with Max electrolysis current when the instrument works with outside power.
When internal battery supply power, static state power consumption is around 0.2A, and the working time can be assessed based on the below example:
If electrolyzed with 107.22mA electrolysis current (speed 10 ug/s), total power consumption is around 0.375A. When the capacity of the battery is 3Ah, the working time is 3/0.375=8 hours, then the total water electrolyzed is 10ug/s*3600s*8h=288mg.
