HLS-200A  three-phase contact Resistance Tester

HLS Contact Resistance Tester measures up to the latest power system standards--DL/T845.4-2004, designed for measuring loop resistance of Switching Control Equipment using High-frequency switching power supply technology and digital circuit technology. The test current of the Tester is DC 100A and 200A, which is recommended in the national standards. The tester can measure the loop resistance at the values of 100A/200A and display the result digitally and with the functions of storage, printing, and time setting. It has high precision and good stability, and can meet most power systems' requirements in onsite high-voltage switch maintenance and high-voltage switch factory loop resistance measurement.

HLS-200A three-phase contact Resistance Tester has the following features 

1. High current, adopts new switching power techniques, can output current for a long time and continuously, overcomes the malpractice of instantaneous current of the impulse type power, can effectively break through the oxide film of the switch contact, and get accurate test results.

2. High stability, under strong interference, the last number displayed by the LCD within the range of ±1, with steady reading and good reproducibility.

3. High precision: adopts a double-channel high-speed 16-bit Σ－Δ AD to sample, digital signal processing technique, a maximum resolution up to 0.1μΩ.

4. Intelligent: using a high-performance CPU, the system can switch the measurement range according to the size of the signal when testing, ensuring accuracy. The over-temperature protection circuit can auto-stop the output of the current when the device exceeds the rated temperature to ensure safety.

5. High quality: key components adopt imported components and use temperature-compensating circuits in a perfect design, which eliminates the effect of test results by temperature, meanwhile strengthening the resistance to shock by using the military connector.

6. Powerful: current could be 50A, 100A, 150A, 200A, measurement time 5s~599s. It overcomes the defects that other similar instruments cannot set the measuring time, or the continuous working time is too short, and it far exceeds the performance of other similar instruments

7. Friendly man-machine interface: Large-screen color touch configuration screen for interaction, convenient and fast, you can set the instrument date and time, save the measurement data in real-time, and print the measurement results in real-time.

8. U-disk: The measurement data can be transferred to the U-disk through the USB interface, and the measurement data can be further analyzed and processed by the upper computer software.
