HYLH-P Mobile SF6 Gas Recovery & Vacuum Refilling Unit
1. Comprehensive Functionality: This all-in-one mobile station integrates vacuuming, ultimate vacuum measurement, SF6 gas recovery, liquefaction, purification, refilling, storage, bottling, and gas transfer capabilities.
2. Advanced Recovery System: Centered around a high-pressure SF6 compressor, the system utilizes a high-efficiency air-cooled design. Both intake and outlet ports are equipped with automated protection-including pressure reducers and solenoid valves-to safeguard the compressor against overpressure and vacuum stress.
3. High-Performance Vacuum System: Features a direct-drive rotary vane vacuum pump, offering a compact, oil-free, and leak-proof design with an ultimate vacuum of 10 Pa. An integrated oil backflow preventer protects switchgear during sudden power losses. Precision digital gauges ensure accurate, real-time monitoring of vacuum levels for equipment and filter activation.
4. Dual-Stage Purification: Equipped with premium high-precision dust, desiccant, and decomposition product filters. The system ensures filtration accuracy down to 1 micron and reduces moisture content to below 40 PPM. Integrated vacuum-heating regeneration technology allows the filters to be reactivated without disassembly, significantly extending service intervals.
5. Precision Refilling & Vaporization: Supports both pressure balance and compression refilling methods to suit various field conditions. The built-in vaporization unit ensures complete gasification during external refilling and optimizes liquid injection efficiency for storage cylinders.
6. Integrated Electrical Controls: Built with top-tier components, the control system provides comprehensive protection against phase reversal, leakage, phase loss, and thermal overloading. A multi-level linkage circuit prevents damage from operational errors, while a customized 500V phase sequence relay enhances system reliability.
7. Multi-Layer Safety Architecture: Featuring triple-redundant pressure protection and explosion-proof safeguards, the unit includes dedicated safety grounding bolts for operator protection. The enclosed cabinet design isolates internal machinery, providing superior dustproofing, waterproofing, and noise reduction.
8. Industrial-Grade Piping: The entire internal circuit is constructed from high-quality copper piping (minimum wall thickness 1.6mm). Precision-routed with horizontal and vertical alignments, all joints use silver brazing (brazing-filling) rather than simple bending, ensuring a high-strength, leak-free, and long-lasting pipeline.
9. Certified Storage System: Every storage tank is individually numbered and certified by national safety authorities. Each tank features a dedicated pressure gauge, relief valve, and backlit liquid level indicator. The level gauge includes clear safety and limit scales to prevent hazardous overfilling.

Q1: We already recovered the gas. Why spend hours vacuuming to such a low level?
A: Vacuuming is about removing the "Catalysts of Destruction" - Oxygen and Moisture.
The Hidden Danger:
• Residual Oxygen: Reacts with SF6 under arcs to form toxic SOF2.
• Moisture: The "Enabler" that turns by-products into Hydrofluoric Acid (HF).
Q2: Can we just vent a small amount of dirty gas to speed up the repair?
A: NO. This is a massive environmental and legal violation. SF6 is the worst greenhouse gas known.

A: Distinguish between a Structural Leak and Surface Outgassing.
Diagnostic Logics:
• Scenario A (Leak): Pressure rises LINEARLY to atmosphere. Fix O-rings.
• Scenario B (Outgassing): Pressure rises then PLATEAUS. Moisture is evaporating.
• Scenario C (Wet System): Rise is too fast to level off. Continue pumping.
