HYCFD-Battery Discharge Tester
At present, the commonly used method is to measure the end voltage of the battery and the annual capacity-checked discharging test. We know that even a very poor-performance battery may measure a qualified voltage in the floating charge state. Therefore, the end voltage in the state of a floating charge can not truly reflect the performance of the battery. Full-capacity discharge test is still the most accurate and effective method to test the actual capacity of the battery pack. The battery discharge tester adopts the PWM + PID closed-loop control technology under the control of an ARM (central processor), so that the power loop can accurately work under the set discharge current. For example: In constant current discharge, when the battery voltage begins to drop, the ARM controller by feedback current sensor current value drop, and then through a certain rate and way of calculation, gets the need to control the power circuit rise, the adjustment process repeatedly, finally achieve the effect of real-time adjustment, this is the principle of constant current discharge. According to this principle, constant power is a similar adjustment method, but the feedback in addition to the current, also needs the voltage feedback.

Product Feature And Application
1. Input single power, internal digital combination standard sine wave test source output
2. Phase angle measurement function: measure the phase angle between the high voltage side and the low voltage side. Measure the turn ratio and angle of the "Non-integral point" transformer.
3. It can conduct single-phase measurement and three-phase winding automatic tests. 3-phase turn ratio value, phase angle value, error, tapping position, and tapping value can be measured once. It can also identify connecting group numbers automatically.
4. Testing results can be displayed in the form of digit and hexagon vector diagrams, which makes the transformer connecting group can be made out obvious.
5. With the blind test function: There is no need to choose a connecting method and group. When measuring the Y/△ ,△/Y transformer, no external short-circuit is needed; the connecting method can be shifted automatically according to the chosen testing contents.
6. With the tapping test function, TTR and TTR errors in the position of each tapping switch can be gauged quickly. Just input rated TTR once, instead of inputting over and over again, the TTR error in tapping position can be calculated.
7. With functions of turn ratio measurement and voltage TTR measurement.
8. With a 5.6-inch LCD, the effect of data & figure display is visualized and fine.
9. With its small size and lightweight, it is easy to carry.
10. With a built-in high-capacity chargeable lithium battery. The test can be conducted without any power supply on-site, and once the battery is charged fully, it can make measurements more than 500 times continuously.
