(1) When testing, ensure that the metal enclosure of the electrical equipment is well grounded before enabling the probe.
(2) Strictly abide by safe operating procedures. Do not perform measurements during thunderstorms or when the ambient humidity is relatively high.
(3) Ensure a safe distance between the high-voltage part and the instrument, probe, and operator at all times.
(4) Do not measure immediately when high voltage is energized.
(5) Do not interfere with mechanical means (such as shaking or knocking), electrical means (such as increasing voltage), or physical means (such as heating) during the test.
(6) Never operate the instrument and its accessories in explosive environments.
There is a high voltage inside the battery charger. Users are not allowed to open the device or repair it by themselves; they are not allowed to open the cover or disassemble the internal parts.

(8) This instrument is not suitable for user maintenance and repair. If a fault occurs, the instrument should be returned to the equipment manufacturer.
(9) Never operate the instrument and its accessories in explosive environments.
(10) When working in a small corner of the space, you must be careful because the proximity of other grounding bodies will affect the accuracy of the reading.
This instrument is designed to detect partial discharge sources in medium and high voltage (MV/HV) equipment. Discharge sources often have a latent period, and the insulation performance may also fail due to reasons other than partial discharge. If no discharge is detected, this does not necessarily mean that there is no discharge activity in the device. If a considerable discharge is detected and judged to be in equipment connected to the medium and high voltage power system, the unit responsible for the equipment should be notified immediately.
