System features and functions
1. Counterattack overvoltage and transfer overvoltage protection: this system
adopt good wiring way and protective function, can absorb the energy gradually
to avoid the damage of counterattacking overvoltage and transferring overvoltage.
After years of field practice, when a sample is in flashover or breakdown, it can protect
the test set and on-site testers from over-voltage. Meanwhile, it also avoids expending
damage after the fault point is flashover and broken down.
2. Small size, lightweight, easy installation and handling, simple wiring, very
suitable for the operation of on-site personnel.
3. Main functions as below：
(1)Reactor core gap direct reading function
The device is equipped with a gap observation hole on the reactor, which can directly read
the gap of the iron core to guide the operation, and is also equipped with a gap limit switch
and an indication.
(2)Withstand voltage time to automatic buck function：
Withstand voltage timing using a digital timer. And when the withstand voltage time is
reached, the system will automatically reduce the voltage
(3) zero position closing, zero voltage boost function：
With zero limit function, if the regulator is not in zero position, the high voltage output button
can not be closed to ensure that the system is raised from zero.
(4) Overcurrent protection function：
The system is equipped with an electromagnetic overcurrent relay, which has a strong
anti-interference ability and fast action to prevent the test product from being damaged by the
current.
(5) Overvoltage and test subject flashover protection function：
The device is equipped with an electronic overvoltage and flashover protection plate to
prevent the test product from being harmed by overvoltage and flashover, and the action is
fast.
(6) Real-time monitoring function of each test data：
The voltage-current of the high voltage side and the voltage current of the low voltage side
can be monitored, and the test situation can be more intuitively understood
