HYWJF-1000KVA 500KV PD-Free Variable Frequency Series Resonant and Induction Test System
The main application of the system:
1. The system is designed to meet the AC withstand voltage and Partial Discharge (PD) testing requirements for high-voltage power apparatus, specifically for 330 kV / 180 MVA power transformers.
2. Separate Source AC Withstand Test (Hipot): Rated output up to 500 kV, suitable for 330 kV main insulation testing (typically 380 kV onsite).
3. Induced Withstand Voltage Test with PD Measurement (IVPD): Using frequency doubling (150Hz-200Hz) to test inter-turn insulation of the 180 MVA transformer while monitoring discharge levels ≤ 10 pC.

Features of The Test System
1. Advanced Human-Machine Interface (HMI), can indicate and display output voltage, output current, ambient temperature, outlet air temperature, waveform of the variable frequency power supply output voltage, date and time, countdown time, display of fault information, etc.
2. The system integrates a multi-tier safety architecture with protection functions
3. The variable-frequency power supply can resist electric field interference.
4. Full sine wave output and very low electronic interference signal, ensuring very low PD (≤10 pC)
5. Enables the display of high-voltage measurement information and variable-frequency power supply operating conditions, facilitating on-site monitoring.
6. The reactor is designed with strong electrical and mechanical strength, equipped with reliable lifting facilities specifically designed for this purpose.
