1. The tester device has a built-in industrial computer and Windows operating system, please do not switch the power of the host computer too frequently.
2. The panel or back panel of the device is equipped with a USB socket, which allows hot-swapping and inserting USB devices (such as U disks, etc.), but it must be done after the data transmission is completed.
3. The device is equipped with a special self-recovery CF card to avoid damage to the operating system caused by illegal shutdown, deletion or modification of files on the hard disk and icons on the desktop. If you really need to store data in this machine, please save the data in the D disk. When using the USB disk to copy data, please make sure that the U disk is clean and virus-free, and please do not use the U disk to install other software programs in this system.
4. When connecting an external keyboard or mouse, please do not insert the wrong port, otherwise the Windows operating system cannot be started normally.
5. Do not turn off the power directly in the output state, so as to avoid the protection malfunction due to the wrong output when it is turned off.
6. The binary input is compatible with empty contact and potential (0~250VDC). When using a live contact, the high end of the contact potential (positive pole) should be connected to the common terminal COM.
7. When using the instrument, please do not block or close the air vent of the fuselage. Generally, place the instrument standing or open the supporting legs and place it at a slight inclination.
8. It is forbidden to introduce external AC or DC power into the voltage and current output jacks of the tester. Otherwise, the tester will be damaged.
9. If the field interference is strong or the safety requirements are high, before the test, please ground the ground end of the power cord (3-core) reliably or the ground hole of the device.
10. If there is an error in the interface data or the device cannot be connected during use, it can be solved in this way: press the reset button down to reset the DSP; or exit the running program and return to the main menu, and re-run the program, all the interface The data is restored to the default value.
