Operation steps of AC and DC withstand voltage tester

Note: You must take appropriate safety protection before operation: wear insulating rubber gloves, and place insulating rubber pads under the seat and feet! Only when the test light is off and there is no high-voltage output state, can the connection or disassembly of the tested product be performed!
1. Connect the object under test, make sure that the voltage indicator and meter pointer are 0, the test light is off, and connect the ground wire;
2. Set the test voltage range;
3. Set the required value for leakage current test;
Press the preset switch;
Select the desired current range file;
Adjust the required leakage current alarm value;
The preset switch returns to normal;
4. Manual testing:
Set the timer switch to the off state, press the start button, the test light is on, and turn the voltage adjustment knob to the required indication value;
If the measured object exceeds the specified leakage current value, the instrument will automatically cut off the output voltage, and at the same time the buzzer will alarm and the over-leak indicator light will be on. At this time, the measured object is unqualified. Press the reset button to eliminate the alarm sound;
5. Timing test:
Set the timing switch to open state, adjust the value of the time encoder, and set the required test time value;
Press the start button to adjust the voltage to the required test value;
If the timing is up, the test voltage is cut off, and the test light goes out, then the object under test is qualified. If the current is too large and the timing time is not reached, the over-leakage light is on, the buzzer alarms, and the object under test is unqualified, press the reset button to silence the alarm sound.
6. Remote control test:
Plug in the remote control plug, press the switch on the high-voltage rod, the indicator light on the high-voltage rod is on, and the test light is on at the same time, adjust the voltage to the required test value; if you want to reset, release the switch on the high-voltage rod.
