The C&DF (capacitance and dielectric loss factor)Tester of the Transformer is a significant testing device used to maintain and test transformers in the power system. We should know the following during the test procedure.

1. This instrument can be used only on the power-off equipment, and the other equipment can be on.

2. The instrument is equipped with a step-up transformer, and please note the insulation of high-voltage leads and personal security.

3. This instrument shall be earthed reliably;

4. Should carry out insulation detection on the equipment before using this instrument to test the equipment.

5. Determine the pressure resisting level of the equipment and choose the step-up level of the instrument correctly to avoid sparking through the equipment and damaging the instrument before using this instrument to test the equipment.

6. Although the associated high-voltage cable for the instrument has been detected in the factory, it still should be kept far away from the human body.

7. The input voltage shall be AC220V±10%, and any excess might affect the test precision; the maximum input voltage shall be AC264V, and any excess would cause permanent damage without warranty;

8. The printer would have a paper jam while printing due to loose coil paper during handling. At this time, you only need to take out the coil paper, wind it tightly, and reload it.

9. The instrument should be kept away from moisture and strenuous vibration;

10. The output zero line should be grounded when the generator supplies power; otherwise, erroneous earthing will be prompted.
