Open the upper computer software provided with the USB drive. The icon is as shown. After opening it, you will be able to see the interface as shown in Figure 12.1.
This main interface enables you to operate the device, allowing for parameter settings, automatic tests, manual tests, or report query operations.
Parameter Settings
Click the "Parameter Settings" button on the main interface to enter the interface as shown in Figure 12.5. In this interface, you can set parameters such as test voltage, voltage tolerance, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and withstand time. After setting, click "Save Parameter Settings" to save the test parameters.
Automatic Test
Click the "Automatic Test" button on the main interface to enter the interface as shown in Figure 12.6. On this interface, click the "Start Test" button, and the program will automatically perform a voltage rise as shown in Figure 12.7. Once the target voltage is reached, the program will automatically enter the countdown as shown in Figure 12.8; after the countdown is completed, the program will automatically perform voltage reduction and shutdown as shown in Figure 12.9; after the voltage reduction is completed,
Manual Test
On the main interface, click "Manual Test" to enter the manual test interface as shown in Figure 12.13. Click the "Start Test" button to start the manual test operation as shown in Figure 12.14. At this time, you can click the "Increase Voltage" or "Decrease Voltage" buttons to increase or decrease the voltage. If the target voltage is reached, click the "Start Timing" button to start timing as shown in Figure 12.15. After the timing is completed, you can continue to increase or decrease the voltage or click the "Shut Down for Voltage Reduction" to end the test.
