HYKS-1000/300 SF6 Gas Vacuum Pumping Device

This vacuum pump is a direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump. It consists of a rotor mounted inside the stator chamber and two vanes sliding within the rotor slots. Pressed firmly against the cylinder wall by spring force and centrifugal force, the two vanes separate the interior space into inlet and exhaust sides. As the rotor rotates continuously in a fixed direction, the inlet-side chamber expands cyclically to draw in gas, while the exhaust-side chamber gradually contracts to compress the drawn-in gas. The compressed gas is then expelled through the exhaust valve, thus achieving the gas evacuation purpose. This pump adopts a two-stage structure. When the inlet pressure is relatively high, both stages discharge gas out of the pump chamber simultaneously. When the inlet pressure is low, gas enters the high-pressure stage through the inlet, flows into the low-pressure stage via the inter-stage air passage after primary compression, and is finally discharged through the exhaust valve after secondary compression. For this reason, it can deliver a higher ultimate vacuum than single-stage pumps.
